Our prices include electricity, gas and water
Our prices include the tourist tax, nor the end of stay cleaning
Tourist tax: 1.30 euros per day and per person over 18 years of age
End of stay cleaning: participation of 35 euros per studio for 2 persons - 45 euros per studio/apartment for 4/5 people and 55 euros per apartment for 6 people
Pets: 50 euros per stay

Air conditioning in summer, heating in winter: all apartments
Internet WiFi - Flat screen TV
Closed parking, one vehicle per apartment
Key to safe against deposit of 50 euros

PAID SERVICES A LA CARTE, ON RESERVATION:
Rental of sheets: 15 euros the pair
Towels Kit: 7.50 euros
Baby Kit: 15 euros the bed and high chair
Machine washing: 4 euros
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Reservations: they are made a full week, from Saturday to Saturday
Outside the seasons, possibility of stays to the card and the weekend. Inquire
Deposit: you will pay 50% of the amount of your stay by cheque or bank transfer
Balance: to pay upon arrival at the residence, at the delivery of the keys
The deposit: 250 euros, to cover the defects of cleanliness, damage caused to objects and leased premises. This deposit
is paid to the delivery of the keys. It will be returned at the end of the stay after checking and handing over the keys for departures during working hours;
If starting at non-working hours, within a week
Payments can be made by cheque, cash, postal order, bank transfer, made out to the order of the owner of the studio
The reservation is final only after written confirmation on our part
No refund in case of late arrival or early departure
No refund in case of cancellation, you can expect a cancellation insurance
A booking after payment of the deposit date change 50 euros fees
The studio is available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. The greeting is from 16:00 to 20:00 H. The studio must be imperatively released
at 10 a.m. the day of departure by respect for the following clients. An early departure is always possible: If you must leave the residence
before 8:00, please inform the manager that will specify you the terms of departure
Pets: for your convenience and satisfaction, the residence welcomes your pet (except apartments Palm and no. 18)
A few rules: do not let him rant, keep it on a leash, forbid the plantations and not to lock him up in your room or on the terrace.
